The owner of USB photo is professional photographer Oleg Lugovskoy, who lives and work in New York City. For him, photographing new talent is a rewarding.

Oleg Lugovskoy:

-My passion for photography began many years ago, back in the age of black and white film, when I was 15 years old. I taught myself how to develop negatives in my improvised bathroom-darkroom and always strived to capture a moment that felt special to me. The most fascinating subjects to photograph for me are always people. To capture someone's personality in a still image is a journey in itself, and always fun and educating.

What better place than New York to offer my passion and skills to all the glorious personalities and characters!
